sweetie Asked: any suggestions on how i can get rid of my embarrassing skin tags?

ok i have those embarrassing skin tags all over my neck im so uncomfortable wearing anything that shows my neck. I dont wanna go to a derm office and pay a ton of money insurance doesn't cover cz it's considered cosmetic. Anyone has any suggestions on how i can get rid of them? pls and ty.
