1200 calorie diet for 2 weeks and one day (Going to be carried on till weightloss is achived)
Breakfast: Rice krispes and semi simmed milk 200 calories
Lunch: Two slices of brown bread, thin piece of chicken and apple 250 calories
Dinner: Whatever parents make which is alway mainly chicken veg and some type of potato 500 calories
Snack: Two piece of fruit 200 calories
Overall 1200 calories
Exercise: one sunday paperound once a week i bike for approz 15 mins annd walk for approx 45mins
DAILY WORKOUT: 3 sets of 30 second right and left side planks and reguarl planks, 50 squats and 50 sit ups
details: Female, 14 years old almost 15, 5'3 and currently 131lbs
1.) Will i lose 10lbs before the 7th of september?
2.) If not how much would i have lost?
3.) is this diet fairly balanced (btw i don't eat fish or pork or any red meat)
4.) what effects will my workout have on me (i.e will i tone u and if so where?)
5.) How much would i have lost in 6 weeks time?
5.) WILL ONE OFF DAYS AFFECT MY WEIGHT LOSS IF I STICK TO EVERY OTHER DAY VERY STRICTLY?

out of the whole two weeks and 1 days only two days as i have no choose (family celebrations and can't get out of them
Answers:
To many numbers, just eat a bunch of fruit, get good sleep and run. If you do that every day or every other day you should lose around 10 to 20 pounds. You have to really try though.
