A Asked: Plastic surgery help please?

I'm an 18 year old male who plans to get cheekbone implants and a nosejob with a budget of roughly $12000. Before I start I want to make one thing clear: if you plan to say anything like beauty is skin deep, god made everyone beatiful, or you should spend your money on something else please don't bother responding, for the sake of your own time. If everyone was actually equally beautiful, noone would feel ugly and everyone would be happy with their appearence. And that clearly Isnt the case.

Anyway, I have a few general questions. You obviously don't have to answer all of them but please help me with whichever ones you can

(1) I hear I can get a nosejob and cheekbone implants during the same operation. Is this worth it or should I do them seperately?

(2) will the surgeon be able to tell me what type of nose will look best with my face? I have an idea but I'm unsure if it'll look good with my face.

3) do you reccomend getting them done in India since it's wayyy cheaper? In north americ it'll cost around three times as much but do you think it's really better here?
