Just want to know what you all think. I'm 24 years old.

My ears have been on-and-off plugged up.
Around my eyes and by my eyebrows are red and puffy.
Having on-and-off eye pain and pressure.
On-and-off headaches.
On-and-off congestion.

I've even had it lately where the teeth on the top of my mouth have been irritated/hurting.

I have no fever and my nose hasn't been running. I say on-and-off cause those things come and go, aren't constant. Lately my eyesight has taken a bit of a hit, I read that sinus infections can harm your vision. It isn't blurry, but just isn't 100% clear, kind of like nearsightedness. Eyes have been a little more sensitive to light. Also read that sinus problems can cause toothache.

I went to my doctors, told him my symptoms and he looked in my ears and said I had wax buildup and that could likely be cause. Cleaned them and sent me on my way. 3 days later, still feeling the same I went to an after hours clinic and the lady told me from the looks and sounds if it I have a sinus infection but because of my insurance, only my primary care physician can prescribe the antibiotics so she gave me a referral which I took to my doctor. He told me I don't have an infection and told me to try decongestant medicine. While this medicine has slightly taken the effects away, it always comes back.Its been a few weeks since.

I've tried Zicam Intense Congestion Relief, Alka-Seltzer Extreme Congestion pills, nothing has worked to get rid of it 100%. Anyone got home remedy or something they use to rid themselves of this? I got a doctors appointment with a new doctor later this week. Everyone tells me same thing, sounds like you have a sinus infection.

Guess I will even throw this out there. I've even had an eye exam done early. Told me that everything is fine and recommended glasses for driving, which is the same as its been since my first eye exam.

So it just occurred to me that the girls Im interested at my school look relatively close to this one girl I liked a lot in middle school. Compared to the girl I liked a lot in middle school, they all have light white skin and black hair like her. Some of them even have the same eye colors and others kind of resemble her personality. It's been at least 2 years since I've seen her and to this day, it seems I cannot get over her. I usually dream about her a lot and I still feel broken inside that she's gone so that might explain why the other girls Im kind of interested in look close to her. I really miss her a lot since she was a good friend, very pretty and I liked her strong personality. Is it weird that the only girls Im interested in are the ones that resemble her? Is there any way I can get over this and move on? Im pretty sure my time is up with her and although it hurts me, I am willing to move on with my life.

See, when I turn my face to the right, my left side is fine and my nose is small and short, but then I look to the left, my right side is ugly and my face is LONG!

and one eye is bigger than the other.. or its just placed higher.. and see my face outline? Its round, and I wish my face was heart shaped If you cover half my face, I look differnet on each side :

why is my mouth so crooked, i feel like i can be pretty from the front if my forehead was smaller, and if my mouth wasnt crooked.. if it was perfectly straight and no braces, and a perfect nose.. and perfect eyes.. i could be pretty : but obviously i have a long ugly nose and an ugly side view or even if i turn my head slightly my ugly long nose shows.. pretty people have it easier. its a fact.

I do this first aid group/unit and we were practicing putting a neck brace on someone and when I was holding the guys head my hands became extremely sweaty and shaky. I had to check if the guy was breathing and I got really nervous again I started shaking, sweating and one guy said my face was 'scarlet' … I'm tan I don't know how my face can go red. Anyway my point is for some reason I'm nervous, I know these people but I get sweaty most of the time in my palms. Any tips on how I can worry less and relax more?
