I LOGGED INTO THAT SITE AND IT SAID PAYMENT PROCESSING AND PAYMENT METHOD "ECPSS Payment Gateway". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? DO THEY PAPER BILL ME OR SOMETHING?

I really want to be really Beautiful, sexy and pretty much drop dead gorgeous! I have an ok body structure and my skin doesn't have allot of acne so, how can I be pretty from head to toe? I wanted to know if this is too much makeup for a 13 year old. I wear a tan eyeshadow,a white shimmery eyeshadow under my eyebrow,gel eyeliner (i put on a little and then smudge it),and mascara. And on my face i wear concealer on my pimples and under my eyes.

Browning Asked: Tips on how to fix oily skin?

I use a face wash that absorbs oil and controls shine throughout the day. I use a moisturizer that absorbs oil and controls shine throughout the day. HOWEVER, I still get oily and shiny in my T-zone just a few hours later! I hate worrying about it during the day. Any tips?? (Also, yes, I have those oil-absorbing sheets but it's awkward to use them in class, when I seem to worry about it most.)
