for months now my hyperhidrosis hasn't been as bad as usually i was under the impression that it was getting better then recently like a week ago it started getting worser im guessing its the whether which is wierd you would think my hyperhidrosis would react more to heat can someone tell me how to treat it right ? pls and thank you

i mainly struggle with this condition on my armpits and face

i use drysol to treat it but its not as effective as before
