I am a woman who knows a girl who had transitioned many years ago as a teen and had SRS at age 20. She is 32 now and in no way shape or form look or acts like a man. She could easily blend in at straight bars and clubs and I don't see why a man wouldn't want to be with her. But she seems to be put off by both straight men and most straight women and just…well hangs out with gay men and transvestites all the time at gay bars and clubs.

I don't think she has dated many straight guys and she is certainly not a lesbian. You would think she would identify more with straight women and want to be accepted as such. It just turns me off how beautiful she is and she seems to identity with the stereotypical transsexual the media puts out there and gay men. Does this not hurt her cause (and perhaps the cause of other transgender girls) of wanting to be treated like a natural born woman? It kind of makes me wonder that no matter how feminine a woman looks after transitioning whether her soul was always just that of a gay man who could be in denial. I just want to know if her being around gay men all the time means that she really is just a gay man at heart and never knew it.
